Chilled Asparagus Soup

Ingredients
  Frozen cut asparagus 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Instant minced onion 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Light cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dairy sour cream 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Cook asparagus according to package directions; drain well.
Combine asparagus, 1 cup of the milk, onion, salt, and pepper in a blender container.
Blend till smooth, about 10 seconds.
Add remaining milk; blend 5 seconds.
Add light cream; blend 5 seconds.
Chill 3 to 4 hours.
Top servings with dollops of sour cream.
