Beef Barley Soup
|Beef broth||1 Cup (16 tbs), Defrosted (frozen)|
|All purpose flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Carrots||2 Medium, thinly sliced|
|Onion||1 Small, thinly sliced separated into rings|
|Snipped parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Remove 1/2 cup broth; blend in flour.
Combine remaining ingredients including beef and broth.
Stir in flour mixture; cover.
Microwave at High 10 minutes.
Reduce power to 50% (Medium).
Microwave 45 to 55 minutes, or until barley is tender, stirring 3 or 4 times.
