Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
  Unsalted defatted beef broth 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Finely chopped carrot 2 Tablespoon
  Cauliflower buds 4 , chopped
  Tomato 1 Medium, peeled and diced
  Diced rutabaga 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Green peas 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  White pepper To Taste
Directions

Combine all ingredients and simmer covered for 25-30 minutes.
Garnish with fresh chopped chives if desired.
Serve hot in bouillon cups.
