Salmon Bisque

Ingredients
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 3 Tablespoon
  Dried dill weed 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Milk 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Canned salmon 16 Ounce, drained, bones and skin removed, and flaked (1 Can)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

In saucepan cook onion and celery in margarine till tender.
Blend in flour, dillweed, salt, garlic salt, Worcestershire, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
Add milk.
Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
Stir in salmon and lemon juice.
Heat through.
Season to taste.
