Cream Of Onion Soup

Ingredients
  Onions 4 Large
  Stock/Water 1 Pint
  Seasoning 1 Teaspoon
  Butter 2 Ounce
  Cornflour 1⁄2 Ounce
  Milk 1⁄2 Pint
  Cayenne pepper 1 Teaspoon (Garnish)
Directions

Cook the onions in the stock or water with seasoning until tender, then either chop finely or sieve.
Make a sauce with the butter, cornflour and milk and add the onions.
Heat together, re-season and serve garnished with cheese, if liked, and cayenne pepper.
