Ingredients
  Avocados 2
  Lemon extract 2 Drop
  Chicken broth 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Dry sherry 1 Tablespoon
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Cayenne pepper 1 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)
Directions

Peel and pit avocados.
Puree in a blender with lemon extract.
Blend in chicken broth and sherry.
Pour into a bowl and whisk in cream.
Season to taste with salt and cayenne.
Chill.
