Ramen Noodles - Healthy Style

This video shows how to make a healthy soup out of ramen style noodles from 1 ramen packet or "noodle packet". In the video I add in bell peppers, carrots, and onion, and some garlic, but you can put in what you like; mine are some good choices. You can also add in a tablespoon of spaghetti or pizza sauce for a great authentic restaurant-style soup.
Ingredients
  Ramen noodles 1
  Frozen onion 2 Tablespoon, grated
  Frozen carrots 2 Tablespoon, grated
  Ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated
  Frozen bell pepper 1 Tablespoon, grated
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a microwave safe bowl, add the ramen noodles and add in the vegetables.
2. Pour in the water and place it in the microwave for 3 minutes on high.
3. Stir to combine and add the spice mix (comes with ramen noodles).

SERVING
4. Serve hot.
