Creamy Curried Potato Soup
|Banana||1⁄4 Medium, mashed|
|Minced celery and leaves||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Instant chicken broth and seasoning mix||1 Tablespoon (1 Packet)|
|Curry powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Evaporated milk||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped chives||1 Tablespoon (To Garnish)|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon (To Garnish)|
In a small saucepan combine potato liquid, banana, celery, broth mix, and curry powder.
Cover and cook 25 minutes or until celery is soft.
Add more water if necessary.
Process in blender container until pureed.
Add milk and chill.
Serve garnished with chives and parsley.
