Cold Apple Soup
|Apple||1 Small (Yellow Or Green)|
|Unsweetened apple juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Orange juice||1 Cup (16 tbs), strained|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Wash, core, and slice the apple into small strips.
Do not peel.
Combine the apple juice and orange juice with the sliced apples.
Allow the apples and juice to chill.
Serve in chilled soup cups.
