Microwaved Turkey Soup

Ingredients
  Turkey carcass 1
  Hot water 3 Quart
  Onion 1 Large, finely chopped
  Finely chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped carrots 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Uncooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Combine turkey water, onion, celery, salt and pepper.
Cover.
MICROWAVE 30 to 40 MINUTES on HIGH.
Remove turkey carcass.
De-bone turkey, discard carcass and return turkey meat to soup.
Add carrots.
MICROWAVE 10 MINUTES on HIGH.
Add rice.
MICROWAVE 10 MINUTES on HIGH.
Let stand 10 minutes, covered.
