Hearty Fish Soup
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Fish stock||850 Milliliter (Homemade / Made With Low Salt Stock Cubes)|
|Halibut||225 Gram, roughly chopped|
|Cod||225 Gram, roughly chopped|
|Swordfish||225 Gram, roughly chopped|
|Tomatoes||6 Medium, quartered|
|Tomato paste||1 Tablespoon|
|Fresh chives||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped (1 Handful)|
|Spring onions||4 , sliced|
Heat the oil in a large pan on a medium heat, throw in the garlic and turn for 30 seconds.
Add the stock, followed by all the fish, the tomatoes and tomato paste and boil for 5-8 minutes.
It's that simple! Serve garnished with chopped chives and sliced spring onions.
