Easy Winter Melon And Ham Soup

Ingredients
  Winter melon 1 Pound, peeled, halved, seeds and pith removed
  Chicken stock 10 Cup (160 tbs)
  Boiled ham slice 1 , cut into julienne strips
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Cut the wintermelon into 1 x 2-inch-long strips.
In a saucepan, heat chicken stock.
Add melon, ham, salt, and pepper.
Simmer for 30 minutes or until the melon is tender.
