Carrot Soup

Ingredients
For 4
  Carrots 455 Gram
  Celery 115 Gram
  Onion 55 Gram
  Stock 885 Milliliter
  Butter 30 Gram
  Refined flour 15 Gram
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper 1 Pinch
Directions

1. Wash, scrape and dice the carrots to even sized pieces. Peel and chop onion, wash and chop celery.
2. Put the stock in a pan. Season with salt and pepper, add prepared vegetables and simmer till quite tender.
3. Mix the flour to a smooth paste with butter. Add to the soup and simmer 10 minutes longer.
