Mushroom And Barley Soup

Ingredients
  Beef stock 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Mushrooms 4 Cup (64 tbs), thinly sliced
  Cooked barley 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Plus Cooking Liquid)
  Shredded carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Diced onions 4 Ounce
  Celery ribs 2 , minced
  Chopped fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Nutmeg 1 Dash
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Combine all ingredients in large pot; cover and simmer slowly for 1 1/2 hours, or until desired consistency.
Divide evenly.
