Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup

How to make delicious, homemade chicken noodle soup. This is a wonderful comfort food that is perfect for cold weather or anytime. Great recipe to use up any leftover chicken or even turkey. Store bought rotisserie chicken works great too.
Ingredients
  Butter 2 Teaspoon
  Chopped celery 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Chopped carrots 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Diced potatoes 1 Large (2 Small potatoes)
  Poultry seasoning 1 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1 Teaspoon
  Chicken stock 8 Cup (128 tbs)
  Chicken bouillon cubes 2 Teaspoon (Or 2 cubes)
  Egg noodles 4 Ounce
  Cooked chicken 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt and pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING:
1)In a large stock pot, melt butter.
2)Add celery, onion and carrots and saute for a couple of minutes.
3)In a pot now add potatoes, poultry seasoning, thyme, chicken stock and chicken bouillon. Stir well and bring to a boil.
4)After simmering add egg noodles and chicken. Stir and simmer on low for 20 to 30 minutes, or until done.
5)Add salt and pepper to taste.

SERVING:
6)Serve hot in a bowl and enjoy!
