Cabbage And Potato Soup

Ingredients
  Potatoes 5 Medium
  Water 2 1⁄2 Pint (1.5 Liter / 6 1/4 Cups)
  Whole garlic cloves 3 , peeled
  Olive oil 4 Tablespoon
  Cabbage/Kale 3⁄4 Pound, finely shredded (350 Gram)
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

Peel and cut up potatoes, and boil in salted water, with garlic.
When soft, mash, and add olive oil and cabbage.
Boil uncovered for about 3 min.
Season to taste, and serve in bowls, with a drop of olive oil in bottom of each.
