Cabbage and Potato Soup

|Water||2 1⁄2 Pint (1.5 Liter / 6 1/4 Cups)|
|Whole garlic cloves||3 , peeled|
|Olive oil||4 Tablespoon|
|Cabbage/Kale||3⁄4 Pound, finely shredded (350 Gram)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
Peel and cut up potatoes, and boil in salted water, with garlic.
When soft, mash, and add olive oil and cabbage.
Boil uncovered for about 3 min.
Season to taste, and serve in bowls, with a drop of olive oil in bottom of each.
