Ingredients
  Chicken 2 1⁄4 Pound (1 Kilogram)
  Water 1 1⁄4 Pint (700 Milliliter)
  Leeks 8 Ounce, sliced and washed (225 Gram)
  Long grain rice 4 Ounce (100 Gram)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Put the wiped chicken in the pressure cooker with the water, leeks and seasoning.
Put on the lid and bring to high (15 lb) pressure.
Cook for 20 minutes.
Reduce pressure quickly.
Cut the meat off the bones in large chunks and return it to the cooker.
Add the rice, bring to high (15 lb) pressure, then cook for 5 minutes.
Reduce pressure slowly.
Serve the soup with thick slices of crusty bread.
