Savory Potato & Roasted Garlic Soup

Ingredients
  Bacon slices 2
  Potatoes 1 Pound, peeled and cubed (All Purpose / Red Skinned Type)
  Onion 1 Medium, diced
  Red bell pepper 1 Small, diced
  Celery rib 1 , chopped
  Dried thyme leaves 1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed
  Ground black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Canned chicken broth 14 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Dry white wine/Additional chicken broth 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Roasted garlic parmesan sauce 16 Ounce (1 Jar, Cheese Creations)
Directions

In 3-quart saucepan, cook bacon; remove and crumble. Reserve drippings. Add potatoes, onion, bell pepper, celery, thyme and black pepper to reserved drippings. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 6 minutes or until onion is tender. Stir in chicken broth and wine. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir in Cheese Creations Sauce; heat through. Garnish with bacon.
