Ingredients
For 4
  Potatoes 250 Gram
  Onion 30 Gram
  Celery 30 Gram
  Salt 10 Gram
  Parsley sprigs 1
  Milk 300 Milliliter
  Refined flour 15 Gram
  Butter 15 Gram
  Stock 900 Milliliter
Directions

1. Peel and quarter potatoes.
2. Chop onion and celery.
3. Put vegetables in stock; add salt; cook till potatoes are soft.
4. Form a puree by passing through a sieve.
5. Prepare a thin white sauce with flour, butter and milk.
6. Add potato puree to sauce; bring to boil slowly.
7. Serve hot garnished with chopped parsley.
