Turkey Soup with Dumplings
|Cooked turkey carcass||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Mixed herbs||1 Pinch|
|Cooked turkey||1 Cup (16 tbs), cubed|
Break up carcass; place in a 4-quart casserole.
Add remaining ingredients, except turkey.
Add water to halfway up casserole.
Microwave 45 minutes; turn dish one-half turn after 23 minutes.
Microwave broth about 4 minutes or until it boils.
Add turkey; heat 1 minute.
Drop Dumplings by rounded teaspoons into boiling soup.
Do not cover.
Microwave 2 to 3 minutes on medium cycle until dumplings rise to the top
