Cream Of Pumpkin Soup For Halloween

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Large, chopped or puree
  Flour 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chicken broth 10 1⁄2 Ounce, undiluted (1 Can)
  Canned pumpkin 1 Pound (1 Can)
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Light cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

In 3-quart casserole, combine butter and onion.
MICROWAVE 3 to 4 MINUTES on HIGH.
Add flour, stir until blended.
Add chicken broth, stir until smooth.
MICROWAVE 4 to 5 MINUTES on HIGH and 10 MINUTES on '6'.
Blend in remaining ingredients.
Stir until smooth.
MICROWAVE 3 MINUTES on '8' and 8 to 10 MINUTES on '6', or until hot.
Stir once or twice during cooking time.
