Cream Of Spinach Soup

Ingredients
  Spinach 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), chopped (cooked)
  Milk 4 Cup (64 tbs), scalded
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon peel 1⁄4 Teaspoon, grated
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

1. Heat the spinach with the milk, butter and lemon peel.
2. Blend the cornstarch with 1 tablespoon cold water, then add to the soup. Stir and simmer 4 minutes.
3. Add salt and pepper to taste (about 1/2 tea spoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper)
