Steamed Soup In A Marrow

Ingredients
  Cooked white chicken 4 Ounce (125 Gram, Chicken, Pork Etc)
  Raw ham 2 Ounce (60 Gram)
  Chicken livers 2
  Chicken gizzards 2
  Dried mushrooms 4 , soaked
  Bamboo shoots 3 Ounce (90 Gram)
  Shrimps 3 Ounce (90 Gram)
  Ginger slice 2
  Sherry 2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Hot stock 1 Pint (600 Milliliter)
Directions

Cut the meats into 1 -cm (1/2-in) pieces.
Dice the pre-soaked mushrooms, discarding the hard stems.
Dice the bamboo shoots into 1-cm (1/2-in) cubes.
Wash the outside of the marrow end.
Scoop out the seeds and some flesh to make a bowl, without breaking the skin.
Cut the top edge into a zigzag pattern.
Assemble all the ingredients in the marrow bowl.
Place in a large bowl, steam for 35 minutes, check the seasoning and serve in the bowl used for cooking.
