Steamed Soup In A Marrow
|Cooked white chicken||4 Ounce (125 Gram, Chicken, Pork Etc)|
|Raw ham||2 Ounce (60 Gram)|
|Dried mushrooms||4 , soaked|
|Bamboo shoots||3 Ounce (90 Gram)|
|Shrimps||3 Ounce (90 Gram)|
|Hot stock||1 Pint (600 Milliliter)|
Cut the meats into 1 -cm (1/2-in) pieces.
Dice the pre-soaked mushrooms, discarding the hard stems.
Dice the bamboo shoots into 1-cm (1/2-in) cubes.
Wash the outside of the marrow end.
Scoop out the seeds and some flesh to make a bowl, without breaking the skin.
Cut the top edge into a zigzag pattern.
Assemble all the ingredients in the marrow bowl.
Place in a large bowl, steam for 35 minutes, check the seasoning and serve in the bowl used for cooking.
