Black Bean Soup

This black bean soup recipe is my favorite and also liked by my family. This soup is not only tasty but also very nutritious. So if you have good taste and also care about your health , you must try this black bean soup recipe.
Ingredients
  Black beans 1⁄2 Pound, soaked
  Rosemary   (for garnishing)
  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Carrots 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Olive oil 4 Tablespoon
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm)
  Cumin 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  White vinegar 2 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Step 1-Simmer beans in water till soft.

Step 2-Saute onions, pepper, celery & carrots in olive oil til the onions turn golden brown.

Step3-Add garlic, cumin, vinegar & soy sauce.

Step4-Cook, stirring for 5 minutes.

Step5-Drain about 1/2 c water from beans and add it to the saute.

Step6-Cook over a low heat for 30 minutes.

Step7-Combine vegetables with beans.

Step8-Cook for another 30 minutes, adding more water if necessary.
