EASY TOMATO SOUP

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 4
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Mint leaves 4
Directions

• Put the tomatoes in a pan.
• Pour sufficient water and boil.
• Add mint and salt to the boiling mixture. Boil for about 10 minutes.
• Cool and blend the tomatoes with the help of a mixer.
• Sieve the blended mixture to remove the seeds and skin.
• Tomato soup is ready to serve.
