Hearty Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
  Soup mix 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs), well rinsed (Hearty Dry Soup Mix)
  Water 12 Cup (192 tbs)
  Butternut squash 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), peeled and cut into 1/2-inch chunks
  Cubed potatoes/Cubed parsnips 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Carrots 2 Medium, sliced
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Chopped string beans 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Chopped fresh parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped fresh dill/1 teaspoon dried dill 1 Tablespoon
  Tiny green peas 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sliced fresh mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vegetable bouillon cubes 8
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil/Butter 4 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large soup pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer covered for 1 1/2 hours.
