Frothy Vegetable Soup
|Canned chicken broth||14 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Celery stick||1 , sliced|
Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan.
Bring to boil and simmer until vegetables are tender, about 15 to 20 minutes.
Place in blender or food processor and blend about 30 seconds.
Serve in mugs.
Other combinations of vegetables may be used for variety .
Beef bouillon may be substituted for chicken broth and is especially good with cabbage or beets.
