Ingredients
  Chicken bones 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chicken stock 2 Pint
  Cooked chicken 4 Ounce
  Milk 1⁄2 Pint
  Cornflour 1 Tablespoon
  Butter 1 Ounce
  Seasoning 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Simmer the carcase in the stock for an hour, then strain.
Add the cooked chicken meat and milk and cook for a further 15 minutes, then rub through a sieve.
Blend with cornflour, add butter and seasoning.
Cook for 10 minutes.
