Quick Spinach Or Chard Soup

Ingredients
  Beef broth 3 Cup (48 tbs), well flavored
  Shredded spinach/Chard 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Parsley 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Bring beef broth to the boiling point; add spinach and reduce heat.
Simmer, covered, 5 to 10 minutes or until vegetable is tender.
Taste and correct seasonings.
