Quick Spinach Or Chard Soup

|Beef broth||3 Cup (48 tbs), well flavored|
|Shredded spinach/Chard||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
Bring beef broth to the boiling point; add spinach and reduce heat.
Simmer, covered, 5 to 10 minutes or until vegetable is tender.
Taste and correct seasonings.
