Easy Cheesy Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
  Frozen broccoli cauliflower and carrot 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Peeled cubed potatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs) (1/4-Inch Cubes)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned ready to serve chicken broth 14 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Condensed cream of mushroom soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Pasteurized process cheese spread 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
Directions

In 2-quart casserole, combine frozen vegetable mixture, potato, onion and celery.
Cover.
Microwave at High for 7 to 10 minutes, or until vegetables are tender, stirring once.
Mash vegetables slightly if desired.
Mix in remaining ingredients.
Re-cover.
Microwave at High for 6 to 9 minutes, or until cheese melts and mixture can be stirred smooth, stirring twice.
