Cold Yogurt And Cucumber Soup

Ingredients
  Cucumber 1 , peeled and diced
  Chicken stock 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Yogurt 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Lemon 1⁄2 , juiced
  Dried coriander 1 Pinch
  Iced water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Thin lemon slices 6 (Very Thin Slices)
  Chopped walnuts 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Put cucumber and stock in a saucepan and simmer until the cucumber is just tender.
Chill.
Combine the garlic, yogurt, lemon juice and coriander.
Stir into the chilled soup with iced water.
Serve topped with lemon slices and sprinkled with chopped walnuts.
