Ingredients
  Water 6 1⁄2 Cup (104 tbs)
  Cooked chickpeas 15 Ounce, drained (1 2/3 Cup Or 1 Can)
  Vegetarian hot dogs 5 , cut into 1 inch pieces
  Coarsely chopped cabbage 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Carrot 1 Medium, sliced
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Potato 1 Large, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Hot pepper sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Vegetable bouillon cubes 5
Directions

Start water heating in a 6-quart pot while other ingredients are being prepared.
Add all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer covered for 30 minutes.
