Borlotti Bean Soup
|Macaroni soup||8 Ounce (2 Cups Or 225 Gram)|
|Meat stock||1 Pint (2 1/2 Cups, 575 Milliliter, Or Broth)|
|Tomato puree||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Canned borlotti beans||14 Ounce, drained (2 Cups Or 400 Gram)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
Put the macaroni in a large pot with a little oil and pour over half the stock. Cover and cook for 8 minutes.
Add the tomato puree (paste), diluted in the rest of the stock, and the borlotti beans, cover and cook for 4 minutes.
Season to taste and serve, with grated cheese if liked.
