Borlotti Bean Soup

Ingredients
  Macaroni soup 8 Ounce (2 Cups Or 225 Gram)
  Oil 4 Tablespoon
  Meat stock 1 Pint (2 1/2 Cups, 575 Milliliter, Or Broth)
  Tomato puree 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Canned borlotti beans 14 Ounce, drained (2 Cups Or 400 Gram)
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Put the macaroni in a large pot with a little oil and pour over half the stock. Cover and cook for 8 minutes.
Add the tomato puree (paste), diluted in the rest of the stock, and the borlotti beans, cover and cook for 4 minutes.
Season to taste and serve, with grated cheese if liked.
