Apricot Fruit Soup
|Cut up dried apricots||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Lemon||1⁄2 , thinly sliced|
|Raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Quick-cooking tapioca||2 Tablespoon|
1. Combine apricots, lemon slices, raisins, and water in 3-quart casserole. Stir in sugar, tapioca, and cinnamon sticks.
2. Cook, covered, on Full Power for 20 to 25 minutes, or until boiling. Stir halfway through cooking time. Continue cooking, covered, on for 20 to 25 minutes, or until fruit is tender. Stir twice during simmering time. Serve warm or chilled.
