Buttermilk Walnut Soup

Ingredients
  Low fat buttermilk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (1% Milk Fat)
  Finely ground walnuts 1 Ounce
  Minced scallions 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Green Onion)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Instant chicken broth and seasoning mix 1⁄2 Teaspoon (1/2 Package)
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pepper white 1 Dash
  Minced dill 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. In blender combine all ingredients except dill and process until smooth; stir in dill. Cover and refrigerate until flavors blend, at least 1 hour.
