Cream Of Oyster Soup

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Celery salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Milk 1 Quart
  Oysters 1 Pint
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Melt butter in saucepan over low heat; blend in flour.
Add milk; cook, stirring constantly, until sauce boils and thickens.
Add seasonings; stir in oysters and liquor.
Heat thoroughly until oysters plump and edges begin to curl.
