|Mixed vegetable juice||2 Cup (32 tbs) (From A 46-Ounce Can)|
|Onion powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Watercress sprigs||2 (Few Sprigs Required)|
1. Combine buttermilk, vegetable juice, sugar, salt and onion powder in medium-size bowl or pitcher; beat to mix well; chill.
2. Serve in glasses or cups (it's thin enough to drink); garnish with watercress.
