Ingredients
  Buttermilk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Mixed vegetable juice 2 Cup (32 tbs) (From A 46-Ounce Can)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Onion powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Watercress sprigs 2 (Few Sprigs Required)
Directions

1. Combine buttermilk, vegetable juice, sugar, salt and onion powder in medium-size bowl or pitcher; beat to mix well; chill.
2. Serve in glasses or cups (it's thin enough to drink); garnish with watercress.
