Corn Crab Soup

Here is an easy and healthy corn crab soup recipe just for you. My mother is very sincere about healthy cooking . When we come home during holidays, she generally prepare this soup. It is very healthy and my whole family enjoys it.
|Chicken stock||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Sweet corn||2 Can (20 oz) (Cream Style)|
|Cornstarch||2 Teaspoon (Mixed With Tbsp Water)|
|Crab meat||1 Pound|
Stage1-Bring corn and stock to a boil, add beaten eggs and cook 2 minute.
Stage2-Add sherry, salt and cornstarch mixture.
Stage3-Stir well; add crab meat.
Stage4-Simmer until crab meat is heated.
Preparation Time:5 Minutes
Cook Time:25 Minutes
Ready In:30 Minutes
