Quick Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Chopped onions 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped cabbage 2 Cup (32 tbs), chopped
  Canned mixed vegetables 20 Ounce (1 Can, No.2 Size)
  Canned tomatoes 29 Ounce (1 Can, No.2 1/2 Size)
  Salt 2 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Shell macaroni 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Brown the beef in a kettle over medium heat.
Add remaining ingredients except macaroni and bring to a boil.
Add the macaroni and cover.
Simmer for 15 minutes.
