Easter Iced Papaya Soup
|Ripe papayas||2 , peeled (Seeded)|
|Lime juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Honey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Orange juice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Champagne||1 Cup (16 tbs), chilled|
|Kiwi fruit||1 , cut in sixth (Peeled)|
Stage1-Place the papayas, lime juice, honey and orange juice in blender and process until smooth.
Stage2-Pour the papaya puree into a large bowl and chill.
Step3-At serving time, add the champagne and stir to blend well.
Step4-Pour into chilled bowls and top each serving with a kiwi slice and a strawberry.
