Apple Cheese Soup
|Apples||2 , chopped|
|Ground nutmeg||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Condensed cheddar cheese soup||11 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
1. In 2-quart microwave-safe casserole, combine apples, water, nutmeg and cinnamon. Cover with lid; microwave on high 5 minutes or until apples are very tender, stirring once during cooking.
2. Stir soup into apple mixture. In covered blender or food processor, blend soup mixture until smooth. Return to casserole. Stir in milk. Cover; microwave on high 3 minutes or until hot and bubbling. Garnish with sour cream and additional nutmeg.
