Macaroni And Chili Soup

Ingredients
  Lard/Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Sweet red chili pepper/Sweet green chili peppers 2 , seeded, inner white ribs removed and chopped
  Sweet red chili peppers/Sweet green chili peppers 2 , seeded, inner white ribs removed and chopped
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tabasco 1 Dash
  Filetto sauce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Filetto 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Elbow macaroni 2 Cup (32 tbs), cooked al dente, drained
  Grated sharp cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated freshly (Use Your Choice Of Cheese)
Directions

In a large saucepan heat the lard or butter and saute the onion and chili peppers until soft.
Add the salt, tabasco sauce, and tomato sauce and simmer 3 minutes.
Taste for seasoning.
Mix in the macaroni, then spoon the mixture into a buttered baking dish.
Sprinkle the cheese on top and bake in a preheated 375-degree oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is golden and the sauce bubbles.
