Chinese Pork And Shrimp Wonton Soup

Yummy wontons in a soup that is what the Chinese wonton soup recipe offers you. Enjoy a relaxing evening with a delicious soup to keep you company.
  Ground pork 1 Pound
  Shrimps 1⁄2 Pound, chopped
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Oyster sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Sesame oil 1 Tablespoon
  Green onion 1 , chopped
  Water 1 Gallon
  Chicken stock 1 Can (10 oz)
  Soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sesame oil 2 Tablespoon
  Green onions 2

Take pork in a bowl. Add all the ingredients and mix well.
Take another bowl and break the egg. Beat well. Use the egg later for sealing the wonton wrappers.
Take a wonton wrapper. Put 1 tbsp of pork filling in the center. Seal with the egg mixture. Make the 35- 40 wontons ready in the same manner.
Take a saucepan and add water. When the water starts boiling add the wontons. When done the wontons will come up to the surface.
For the soup:
Take the water in a pan. Add the other ingredients. When boiled. Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Add the wontons. Garnish with chopped green onions. Serve.
