Curried Coconut Soup
|Curry powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Chicken broth||10 1⁄2 Ounce (condensed)|
|Coconut cream||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)|
Mix curry powder and cornstarch with a little chicken broth, then stir into remaining broth.
Bring to boil and simmer 10 minutes.
Add coconut cream and heat through.
