Clear Fruit Soup

Ingredients
  Cut fruit/Berries 4 Cup (64 tbs), unpeeled, rinsed
  Water 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Cloves 3
  Cinnamon stick 1⁄2
  Lemon peel 1 (to taste)
  Potato starch/Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
  Cold water 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Croutons 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Combine fruit, water, cloves, cinnamon, and lemon peel; simmer until fruit begins to fall apart.
Press fruit and liquid through a sieve, discarding only the skins and pits.
Dissolve starch in water, stir into liquid, and bring to a boil.
Add sugar to taste.
Chill if desired.
