Chilled Cucumber Mint Soup

Ingredients
  Cream of leek soup mix 1 Ounce (1 envelope)
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Pared chopped cucumber 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Snipped mint leaves 2 Tablespoon
  Monosodium glutamate 2 Teaspoon
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

1. In large saucepan combine soup mix with water; add cucumbers, mint leaves, and monosodium glutamate. Bring to a boil; then simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Add milk. Refrigerate until cold. Stir; then serve in mugs or soup bowls as first course.
