Simple Chicken Soup
|Chicken parts||3 Pound (wings, necks and backs)|
|Carrots||2 Small, peeled|
|Celery stalks||3 , cut into large pieces|
|Chopped onions||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||3⁄4 Tablespoon|
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs) (adjust quantity as needed)|
1) Place all of the ingredients into a large soup pot, with enough water to cover. Cover and bring to a boil. Skim off the scum, re-cover, lower heat, and simmer for 1 3/4 hours.
