Simple Chicken Soup

Ingredients
  Chicken parts 3 Pound (wings, necks and backs)
  Carrots 2 Small, peeled
  Celery stalks 3 , cut into large pieces
  Chopped onions 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped parsley 3⁄4 Tablespoon
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs) (adjust quantity as needed)
Directions

1) Place all of the ingredients into a large soup pot, with enough water to cover. Cover and bring to a boil. Skim off the scum, re-cover, lower heat, and simmer for 1 3/4 hours.
