Lentil And Spinach Soup

Ingredients
  Masoor dal 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (cup equals teacup)
  Chopped spinach 1 Cup (16 tbs) (cup equals teacup)
  Sliced onion 3
  Tomatoes 3 Medium, cut into big pieces
  Skim milk 1 Cup (16 tbs) (cup equals teacup)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Chilli powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

1. Mix the spinach, onions, tomatoes, masoor dal and garlic.
2. Add 7 teacups of water and cook in a pressure cooker for 10 minutes. When cooked, blend in a mixer. Strain.
3. Heat the milk and add to the soup.
4. Add the chilli powder and salt.
