Lentil And Spinach Soup

|Masoor dal||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (cup equals teacup)|
|Chopped spinach||1 Cup (16 tbs) (cup equals teacup)|
|Tomatoes||3 Medium, cut into big pieces|
|Skim milk||1 Cup (16 tbs) (cup equals teacup)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed|
|Chilli powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
1. Mix the spinach, onions, tomatoes, masoor dal and garlic.
2. Add 7 teacups of water and cook in a pressure cooker for 10 minutes. When cooked, blend in a mixer. Strain.
3. Heat the milk and add to the soup.
4. Add the chilli powder and salt.
