Fresh Melon And Mango Soup

Ingredients
  Peaches 2 Medium, peeled, pitted and cubed
  Ripe mangoes 2 Large, peeled, pitted and cubed
  Ripe cantaloupe 1 Small, peeled, seeded and cubed
  Frozen unsweetened strawberries 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Frozen orange juice concentrate 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Plain nonfat yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lime 1⁄2 , juiced
  Port wine 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Orange liqueur 2 Tablespoon
  Raspberry vinegar 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Plain non fat yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (for garnish)
Directions

In the workbowl of food processor fitted with a metal blade, process all ingredients until thick and creamy.
Pour into a serving bowl and freeze for about 20 minutes.
Spoon into individual bowls and garnish each serving with a heaping teaspoon of yogurt.
Serve immediately.
