Country Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
  Beef stock 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Tomatoes 3 Cup (48 tbs), chopped (peeled, cored)
  Potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs), cubed (peeled)
  Carrots 2 Cup (32 tbs), sliced
  Fresh corn 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Onion 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large sauce pot.
Boil 5 minutes.
Pour hot into hot jars, leaving 1-inch head space.
Remove air bubbles.
Adjust caps.
Process 55 minutes at 10 pounds pressure.
